While Integral has proven its expertise in the industry throughout its 35 years, we have seen the needs of human resources evolve from basic personnel processing to complete employee and talent management services. These
changes are a direct result of listening to you, our customer, and
striving to meet your needs. Human resources today involves a host
of processes that were unheard of in 1972, at our company’s
inception. What once was primarily a payroll and benefits function
now involves recruiting, training and continuing professional education.
What once was a data management function now involves fully integrated
HR systems, web technology, and reporting and analytics. There also
have been numerous changes to the basic functions with the introduction
of legislation, such as HIPAA, which have contributed to the changing
needs of the industry.
Integral
Systems has maintained its position as a leading
provider throughout the industry’s evolution and, during the
past year, has taken steps to offer new products, services and technology
platforms that continue to bring the best of breed solutions to
the industry.
